Cracked Eggs
A peer-created interdisciplinary workshop, teaching techniques to use mental health symptoms as tools to create art.
Bezerk Productions founder and director Linda Sibio first developed the Cracked Eggs to cope with her own challenges as someone living with schizophrenia. The program’s exercises grew out of her techniques to train the mind and body relationship.
Cracked Eggs includes movement and breathing exercises alongside a visual arts focus that engages each individual.
This program is currently supported by a California Mental Health Services Act grant to partner with San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health. We are working across San Bernardino County to provide workshops to adults of all ages and transitional age youth.
